Sales Development Representative

About the role

iGates, a Tel Aviv‑based software house, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new B2B opportunities for its software development, outsourcing and staff‑augmentation services. The role is focused on prospecting, qualifying and opening doors with technology and business decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients in Israel that require software development, outsourcing or staff‑augmentation services.
• Run outbound prospecting campaigns and secure meetings with CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, product leaders and technology managers.
• Qualify business and technical requirements, budgets and timelines, turning early conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with iGates leadership and technical teams to shape proposals, commercial terms and project scopes.
• Build partnerships with product companies, startups, industrial firms, integrators and consulting agencies.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, weekly reporting and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven SDR experience in software, technology services or IT services.
• Track record of opening new accounts and managing long, consultative sales cycles.
• Independent, proactive, persistent, organized and target‑driven.
• Experience selling software development projects and/or outsourcing services is essential.
• Advantageous: previous work in a software house, technology consulting, development services or near‑shore/off‑shore sales organization.
