Sales Development Representative – iGaming

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the fast‑moving iGaming sector. You will work at the top of the sales funnel, identifying and qualifying prospects, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential customers and accounts within the iGaming industry.
• Generate leads using prospecting tools, industry databases, social media and events.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and networking.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against the ideal customer profile.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly during initial contacts.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and schedule meetings, demos and presentations.
• Provide structured handovers of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Keep accurate records of activities and qualification status in the CRM.
• Track SDR performance metrics such as outreach volume, response rates and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead‑generation campaigns and events.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a related customer‑facing role.
• Proven B2B prospecting and lead‑generation experience.
• Familiarity with the iGaming, technology, SaaS or online services sectors is a plus.
