Sales Development Representative – Fintech Funding

About the role

Join Premium Merchant Funding as a Sales Development Representative and help high‑risk small businesses secure the capital they need. Based in our Jerusalem office, you will work US business hours, driving new business for merchant cash advances and business loans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 300+ proactive outreach activities daily (calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
• Use consultative selling to match each client’s challenges with tailored financial solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with small‑business owners.
• Achieve and exceed targets of 10+ new accounts each month.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute effective strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, B2B, or financial services.
• Willingness to work US hours, Monday‑Thursday, from the Jerusalem office (10‑14 hour shifts).
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, self‑starter attitude with a passion for helping small businesses.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
