About the role

Talking is a fast‑growing online English school that connects learners with professional teachers worldwide through personalized 1‑on‑1 lessons. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Tel Aviv team and help prospective students select the English program that best matches their goals.

Key responsibilities

Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone or video calls.
Identify each learner’s objectives, language level, and preferred learning style.
Recommend the most suitable program, clearly explain pricing, and address any objections.
Close enrollments and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM, tracking pipeline and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

Strong sales and communication abilities with a consultative approach.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consulting.
Ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations toward enrollment.
Results‑driven, proactive, and well‑organized.
Fluent Hebrew and comfortable speaking English.
Full‑time, on‑site availability in Tel Aviv.
