Retention Representative

About the role

As a Retention Representative you will engage directly with paying customers who have requested refunds for their annual subscriptions. Your goal is to understand their concerns, present tailored solutions, and keep them connected to the MyHeritage platform they love.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who have initiated a refund request and assess the reasons behind their decision.
• Offer appropriate retention offers, upgrades, or alternative subscription plans to meet their needs.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in sales, retention, or telemarketing.
• Fast learner, problem‑solver, and proactive attitude.
• Motivated, independent, and able to work in a flexible schedule.
