About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Club Med Resorts you will be the friendly face of the shop, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and helping them find the perfect products. You will work in a vibrant resort environment where hospitality and retail blend to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify their needs and provide tailored advice.
• Operate the till and handle cash, card, and electronic payments.
• Manage shop inventory, supply, and storage while adhering to Club Med merchandising standards.
• Promote and set up commercial activities in collaboration with other resort services such as sports and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and maintain resort assets.
