Retail Partnership Manager – Northern Israel

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Retail Partnership Manager to drive the onboarding and support of new retail partners in the northern regions of Israel. You will act as the main liaison between partners, the Retail Development team and the Platform team, ensuring smooth launches and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for retail partners during onboarding and area launches.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare stores for go‑live, ensuring all operational elements are ready.
• Review and update menu items and product data on the Wolt platform for accuracy.
• Manage documentation exchange with partners, keeping records organized and compliant.
• Support the Sales Team with field activities and daily operational tasks.
• Identify and evaluate potential new partners that align with Wolt’s retail strategy.
• Provide feedback to improve sales and onboarding processes based on field insights.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in retail management or related partnership roles.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
