Retail Enterprise Development Specialist

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Retail Enterprise Development Specialist to own and grow strategic supermarket partnerships in Israel. You will act as the main business owner for 3‑4 enterprise accounts, collaborating with store teams, operations, and senior HQ leaders to drive performance and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management and development of strategic supermarket accounts on the Wolt platform.
• Analyze business and operational data to uncover growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Lead proactive operational improvement initiatives with field stakeholders (pickers, store managers, operations teams) on picking times, rejection reasons, availability, and fulfillment quality.
• Conduct trainings and onboard partners on Wolt’s operational tools, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders, leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Drive commercial and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, assortment optimization, storefront visibility, and growth opportunities.
• Handle complex escalations and coordinate cross‑functional problem solving, including technical or operational issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise retail or supermarket partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for operational excellence.
