Regulatory Compliance Assurance Manager

About the role

Revolut’s Compliance team combines regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to ensure our products meet legal and policy standards. As a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Manager you will help design, implement and optimise the compliance testing and assurance programme across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and rolling out a compliance testing and assurance programme tailored to local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct assurance reviews and testing activities covering consumer fairness, privacy, credit and communications, using advanced data analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Execute project plans to remediate findings, update processes, documentation and training.
• Drive multiple concurrent reviews, both local and multi‑jurisdictional, and report outcomes to management.
• Challenge colleagues to build efficient, world‑class risk management controls.
• Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights that enhance the control environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in fintech, a traditional financial institution or a regulatory body.
• 2+ years in assurance or internal/external audit focusing on risk and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli banking conduct regulations (Nabat), consumer protection and privacy laws.
• Proven ability to interrogate large data sets for actionable insights.
• Results‑driven, pragmatic, detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
