Regulatory Affairs Appointed Pharmacist

About the role

Medison is seeking a qualified Regulatory Affairs Appointed Pharmacist to support its regulatory activities across pharmaceutical and medical device products. The role involves preparing registration dossiers, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health requirements, and collaborating with internal teams and external authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional regulatory advice to business units and partners.
• Plan and execute regulatory activities, including periodic dossier updates and change‑control management.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to advance registration timelines.
• Prepare, verify, submit, and track registration dossiers for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Review and submit packaging materials in line with Ministry of Health standards.
• Handle all types of submissions, including new products, changes, and renewals.
• Ensure publications for medical staff meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid Ministry of Health license.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an appointed pharmacist with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, pharmaceutical operations, and QA.
• Proven ability to work with commercial, supply‑chain, medical, and external stakeholder teams.
• Strategic thinking and decision‑making skills aligned with business goals.
