Regional Vice President, Sales Israel

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a new Regional Vice President to manage its sales function across Israel. The role reports to the Area Vice President for Emerging Markets and includes shaping the region's strategy, including new logo acquisition and building a high-performance environment. You will lead the first and second levels of leadership in the sector and establish a scalable, repeatable sales motion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of accomplished account executives in the Israeli market.
• Build and execute a sales strategy tailored to the Israeli market.
• Foster a culture of energy, growth mindset and high performance, and lead from the front on strategic deals.
• Design and implement scalable sales processes, compensation structures and customer segmentation.
• Drive quota attainment and Elastic's sales methodology.
• Work with Product, Marketing and Partner teams to deliver value to customers.
• Travel regularly to support deal creation and closure and to support the team.

Required profile

• Proven sales leader with experience running high-performing SaaS sales teams.
• Experience leading in a matrix organization.
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable sales strategies and processes.

Bonus points

• Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR) use cases.
