Regional Asset Manager

About the role

Nebius is looking for a detail‑oriented Regional Asset Manager to oversee the management of Data Center IT infrastructure assets. You will ensure efficient utilization, accurate tracking, and lifecycle management of hardware such as servers, storage, networking gear, GPUs and related components.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory database for all IT assets, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, GPUs, transceivers and more.
• Conduct regular physical and virtual asset audits to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of assets from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Oversee RMA processes for GPUs, motherboards, power supplies and other data‑center components.
• Generate reports on asset utilization, performance metrics and financial analysis.
• Analyze trends and recommend actions to optimise performance and reduce costs.
• Establish and enforce asset‑management policies covering security, compliance and risk.
• Collaborate with IT teams, project managers and stakeholders to support asset allocation for projects.
• Communicate asset status and issues to senior management and relevant teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements in tracking, reporting and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT asset management, preferably with data‑center equipment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and asset‑management tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting for IT assets.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
