Red Team Member – Offensive Security Specialist

About the role

Porsche Digital is looking for an experienced Red Team Operator to lead offensive security activities across its global infrastructure. You will help identify and mitigate security threats, ensuring the protection of the company’s digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration testing and simulated attacks on networks, systems, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with other security teams to provide actionable remediation recommendations aligned with Porsche’s security strategy.
• Research emerging attack techniques and tools to keep red‑team operations cutting‑edge.
• Mentor and train team members, enhancing overall security posture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in red‑team or offensive security roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, trust relationships, GPO manipulation, relay attacks, and Kerberos exploitation.
• Solid background in web application security and OWASP Top 10 methodologies.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; German is a plus.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
