About the role
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Cardiovascular is seeking a Quality Systems Expert to support, maintain, and continuously improve its Quality Management System in Yokneam, Israel. The role ensures quality records, training activities, and core quality processes remain compliant, reliable, accessible, and sustainable.
Key responsibilities
- Support key quality processes and continuous‑improvement activities such as CAPA, non‑product nonconformances, DRB, QSMR, ICQAs, periodic reviews, and audits.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to users of the Learning Management System and Agile PLM, and coordinate record storage, off‑site archiving, and metadata tracking.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated quality environment.
- Degree in engineering or life science is advantageous; CQE certification is a strong plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Agile PLM, eTQ, and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to review technical documents in English.
