Quality Control Laboratory Technician

About the role

Phibro Israel is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join its laboratory team at the Beit Shemesh site. You will conduct and document laboratory tests, ensure compliance with GMP and GLP standards, and support the development of robust testing protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests according to established protocols and record results accurately.
• Summarize and report test outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Write, plan, and execute test protocols, adapting methods as needed.
• Select appropriate materials and equipment for each project.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team while also working independently.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and GLP regulations throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a laboratory technician in a biological manufacturing environment, or extensive academic experience in molecular biology.
• High‑level proficiency in English.
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
