Quality Control Laboratory Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our manufacturing laboratory team. The successful candidate will perform biological tests, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical methods.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests according to established protocols and record results accurately.
• Document, summarize, and report test outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Write, plan, and execute new test protocols, adapting methods as needed.
• Select appropriate materials and equipment for each project.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team and work independently on assigned tasks.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology.
• Minimum two years of experience as a laboratory technician in a biological manufacturing environment, or extensive academic experience in molecular biology.
• Previous experience in a GMP‑regulated setting is an advantage.
• High‑level proficiency in English.
• Full proficiency with Office software, especially Excel and data analysis tools.
