Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company. The role will be at the heart of manufacturing operations, driving quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GMP activities on the production floor and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage batch release activities in accordance with GMP and 21 CFR requirements.
• Investigate deviations, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Perform quality walkthroughs and audits across manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Support product lifecycle from development through commercial manufacturing.
• Write, review and update quality procedures and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and 21 CFR regulations.
• Pharmacist license is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
