Public Relations Coordinator & Front Desk Agent

About the role

As a Public Relations Coordinator and Front Desk Agent at Club Med Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will work closely with multiple departments to maintain high standards of hospitality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and inform guests with a personalized approach.
• Register arrivals and departures, manage the switchboard, and keep information readily available for clients.
• Handle cash invoices, control deferred operations, and ensure accurate invoicing of stays or meals.
• Act as the main contact and organizer for events tailored to guests’ nationalities, such as meals and information conferences.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and restaurant teams to maintain excellent knowledge of the village.
• Develop internal sales and guarantee service quality, hygiene, safety, and property maintenance.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Helpful, attentive, and solution‑oriented.
• Multilingual, fluent in at least two languages, comfortable with international guests.
