Project Manager - Mechanical or Electrical field

About the role

Siemens Energy is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate service activities on rotating equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines and generators in power plants. You will act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring maintenance contracts are executed efficiently and customer satisfaction is maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on power‑train assets.
• Lead communication with customers and manage service contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, EQHS and finance teams to gather data and optimise contract execution.
• Analyse RFQs, define project scope, timelines and negotiation points.
• Organise and lead internal and external meetings to assign responsibilities and track progress.
• Develop proposals for upgrades, modernisations and decarbonisation solutions.
• Manage mid‑ and long‑term budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
• Negotiate technical upgrades, pricing and contractual terms.
• Implement quality‑control processes to meet client and contract standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of project‑management experience, preferably in gas turbine, steam turbine or generator services.
• Strong customer focus and ability to understand client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Proven organisational and leadership abilities.
