Project Manager – FinTech Implementations

About the role

PayPlus, a leading FinTech company in Israel, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive complex customer implementations and strategic technology integrations. You will work across product, development, QA, DevOps, and customer success teams to deliver high‑impact payment and commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects from planning through successful go‑live.
• Manage enterprise customer onboarding and strategic technology initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across cross‑functional teams including Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Customer Success, and Support.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Write functional specifications and implementation documentation.
• Conduct customer meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Oversee third‑party integrations, APIs, and external technology partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.
• Identify risks proactively and drive solutions before they impact delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Strong experience working closely with software development teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.

Required skills

• APIs, REST services, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Jira and Confluence.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
