Project Manager – Field Support & Technical Customer Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field support and technical customer service initiatives within the Supply Chain organization of a global medical device company in Yokneam. The role focuses on improving system availability, service performance, operational efficiency and cost optimisation across a worldwide installed base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing field support and service performance.
• Own and optimise RMA and repair processes, targeting turnaround time and reduction of repeat failures.
• Manage supplier performance, collaborating with global contract manufacturers and repair vendors.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and drive cost‑reduction programmes in repairs, logistics and parts.
• Lead technical escalations together with Engineering and Service teams.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for service, RMA and suppliers, and conduct operational reviews and supplier meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, service or supply chain, preferably in medical devices or complex systems.
• Proven ability to manage contracts with manufacturers and repair vendors.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with excellent stakeholder and escalation management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
