Project Manager – Customer-Facing Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and deliver customer‑facing projects from kickoff through implementation. The role acts as the main point of contact for U.S.‑based customers, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from initiation to successful launch.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while preserving high execution standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Identify, track and resolve risks, delays and issues proactively.
• Communicate project status, next steps and expectations clearly to customers.
• Ensure a high‑quality customer experience and meet all commitments and deadlines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience, including direct work with U.S.‑based customers.
• Strong customer‑facing and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Effective collaboration across diverse teams and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field (preferred).
