Project & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project & Business Development Manager to act as the liaison between international manufacturers and the Israeli market. The successful candidate will drive commercial opportunities from initial identification through tender submission, negotiation and contract award, supporting high‑impact national infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers throughout the project lifecycle in Israel.
• Identify new business opportunities via tenders, industry events and market analysis.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales and tender processes, including bid preparation, negotiation and contract finalisation.
• Engage senior stakeholders in government‑owned companies, public‑sector organisations, national infrastructure firms, contractors and strategic private‑sector clients.
• Represent the organisation at international trade shows and travel abroad as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, project management, international marketing or a closely related field.
• Proven track record managing tenders and complex commercial processes; experience with Israeli government tenders is a plus.
• Experience working with infrastructure companies, public‑sector bodies or major contractors in Israel.
• Native‑level or highly proficient English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, economics, engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently on multiple processes.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
