Program Architect

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Program Architect to join its Israel Professional Services team. The role focuses on guiding complex, enterprise‑scale accounts in adopting Agentforce, Data Cloud and AI‑powered automation, acting as a strategic advisor and platform visionary.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑scale architecture across strategic accounts, coordinating multiple architects and aligning solution vision from requirements through delivery.
• Serve as a trusted C‑suite advisor, shaping adoption of Agentforce, Data Cloud and AI automation to transform business processes.
• Partner with engagement managers and project teams to review implementation approaches, manage risks and ensure scalable, best‑practice solutions.
• Grow the practice by mentoring architects, contributing to pre‑sales activities, building internal knowledge and representing Salesforce values in the community.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as an architect driving digital transformation in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Hands‑on experience across enterprise architecture domains, including cloud platforms, integration technologies, Data Cloud, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agent orchestration.
• Comfort designing and deploying AI‑powered and agentic solutions for real business use cases.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience; leadership and advisory capabilities are essential.
