Professional Beauty Educator – Field Based

About the role

Alpa Cosmetics, the official importer and distributor of Guerlain in Israel, is seeking a Professional Beauty Educator to join its local team. The role combines training, field visits and brand representation across Israel and abroad, offering a dynamic, field‑based environment for those passionate about beauty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead professional training for Guerlain teams and beauty advisors across Israel.
• Plan, develop and deliver the annual training program in line with the brand’s global vision and standards.
• Conduct professional field visits and provide feedback and training support.
• Work closely with Sales Managers, internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor training implementation and prepare follow‑up reports.
• Represent the Guerlain brand professionally and consistently across all points of sale.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Previous experience in training (required).
• Fluent English – spoken, written and reading (required).
• Experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry (advantage).
• Willingness to travel across Israel and abroad (required).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Full‑time, field‑based position.
