Production Planner – Entry Level

About the role

Kamada is seeking an entry‑level Production Planner to join its biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Beit Kama, Israel. This position offers a hands‑on introduction to production planning, supply‑chain coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration within a global biotech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production planning activities using the company’s ERP system.
• Prepare, analyse and present periodic production reports with advanced Excel tools.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Packaging and other stakeholders to ensure plan execution.
• Plan packaging and visual‑inspection activities in line with marketing and shipping requirements.
• Monitor raw‑material inventories and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Lead process‑improvement projects involving multiple departments.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (required).
• Strong analytical mindset and motivation to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
