Production Operator I

About the role

The Production Operator I will operate a chemical reactor and associated equipment on a manufacturing line, ensuring safe and efficient production of flavor and fragrance ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the chemical reactor according to precise specifications.
• Perform defined process checks and monitor product quality during runs.
• Load and unload raw materials for feeding and discharge.
• Conduct basic cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment and the facility.
• Record real‑time production data in the ERP system (Priority).
• Respond to simple line stops and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of formal education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Prior experience in industrial production shifts, preferably with chemicals.
• Technical orientation and ability to work with heavy machinery.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• High proficiency in Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking); basic English.

Required skills

• Chemical reactor operation.
• ERP data entry (Priority system).
• Basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Quality inspection during production.
• Raw material handling (loading/unloading).
