Product Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to own and scale the operational systems behind a fast‑growing delivery platform operating in more than 40 cities. You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and operations, creating tools that enable couriers, dispatchers, and city managers to work efficiently at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the end‑to‑end courier experience, from onboarding to delivery flow and performance visibility.
• Build real‑time operational and dispatch tools for monitoring, intervention, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop scalable cash‑operations systems to improve reconciliation, reduce discrepancies, and strengthen financial control.
• Own and optimise the order lifecycle, including assignment logic, zoning, delivery time estimation, and marketplace efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Data, and other cross‑functional teams to turn complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years building operational or internal systems.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and gain stakeholder buy‑in.
• Technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and a passion for efficiency and impact.
