Product Marketing (Growth)

About the role

WellyBox is seeking a Product Marketing (Growth) professional to own the journey from user acquisition to first payment. You will translate user interest into product adoption and revenue, working closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise the end‑to‑end funnel from paid acquisition to first payment, including landing pages, quizzes, onboarding, activation, pricing and checkout.
• Develop and execute the experimentation roadmap, formulating hypotheses and running A/B tests that drive measurable business impact.
• Analyse funnels, cohorts and user behaviour to uncover friction points and growth opportunities.
• Translate data and customer insights into new messaging, offers, product positioning and growth experiments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, R&D, Design and Data teams to align acquisition messages with product experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing or growth roles, preferably in SaaS or fintech environments.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret user behaviour and funnel metrics.
• Excellent product thinking and the ability to connect messaging with in‑product experience.
• Hands‑on, individual‑contributor attitude with ownership of end‑to‑end growth initiatives.
