Product Manager Pricing

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager Pricing to shape and scale pricing and packaging for its cloud‑native SASE platform, cybersecurity portfolio, and AI transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic pricing and packaging initiatives across Cato’s global portfolio, translating business priorities into clear recommendations and execution plans.
• Partner with product, regional go‑to‑market, sales and partner teams to define, automate and improve pricing, packaging and customer‑facing experiences.
• Build data‑driven business cases for pricing changes, incentives and monetisation strategies, and lead product launch activities related to pricing.
• Monitor pricing performance, customer behaviour and commercial outcomes to improve revenue, margin and growth.
• Support sales and customer success with non‑standard pricing for large strategic deals and improve pricing decision tools and governance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product management, pricing, monetisation or revenue strategy, preferably in global technology, cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Strong strategic acumen and commercial mindset, with ability to connect market dynamics, product capabilities and business goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of building business cases and turning data insights into decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional launches and influence senior stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, sales, operations and legal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
