About the role

HyperGuest is building a direct, frictionless B2B distribution network for the hospitality industry. We are seeking a core Product Manager to own and drive key product initiatives that expand business value, network features, and user capabilities across a complex, API‑centric ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from vision to execution, defining features that unlock commercial value and drive network growth.
• Partner closely with R&D to create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, logic flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate user and business needs into functional designs while accounting for third‑party API dependencies, non‑standard data schemas, and latency.
• Analyze platform performance, user adoption, and transaction flows to identify friction points and iterate continuously.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering impactful B2B platforms, SaaS products, or multi‑sided marketplaces.
• Proven ability to collaborate with R&D teams on detailed specifications and participate throughout the development lifecycle.
• Strong mental model of API‑driven ecosystems and comfort discussing architectural trade‑offs with engineers.
• Exceptional talent for breaking down intricate multi‑party business logic into intuitive, scalable product features.
• Domain knowledge in travel tech, hospitality systems, fintech platforms, or transaction‑heavy networks is a plus.
