Product Manager – Houzz Pro Platform

About the role

We are looking for a high‑caliber Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of project documentation on our Houzz Pro platform. You will translate complex operational workflows into intuitive product experiences that help professionals track costs, issue billing, and manage cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and workflow logic for the full document journey from lead to paid invoice.
• Build features that give real‑time visibility into job costing, change orders, and project margins.
• Ensure data and system integrity across financial documents and transaction flows.
• Partner with Payments, Reporting, Accounting, and Core Platform teams to automate documents and deliver unified insights.
• Write clear PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead sprint planning to ship high‑impact features.
• Define and track performance metrics such as adoption, completion speed, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Design and end‑users to create frictionless, user‑friendly experiences.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product management experience with complex, multi‑step B2B SaaS workflows.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Support).
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Systems thinking aptitude for data modeling, workflow logic, and edge‑case handling.
• Willingness to work flexible hours with global development teams.
