Product Manager – Global Tools & Storage

About the role

We are looking for a curious problem‑solver who can turn great ideas into market‑leading products. As a Product Manager you will join our Global Tools & Storage development team within the Marketing organization at our R&D centre, collaborating with engineers, industrial designers and cross‑functional experts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with the overall business plan.
• Define and manage product road‑maps, pricing, gross margins, quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Conduct market and user research to capture trends, competitor insights and consumer needs.
• Coordinate global projects, acting as the primary liaison for manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality and engineering teams.
• Present product strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Design.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer products.
• Strong understanding of global markets and large‑chain retail dynamics.
• Proven ability to conduct consumer research and adopt a user‑centric mindset.
• Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
