Product Enablement Manager

About the role

The Product Enablement Manager will drive adoption and operational success of Aidoc’s Clinical AI Solutions across healthcare organizations. Working closely with product, regulatory, customer success, delivery and commercial teams, you will translate complex clinical workflows into scalable training programs, content and best‑practice guides that enable both internal teams and customers to effectively operationalize AI‑driven diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for internal and customer‑facing teams.
• Lead enablement planning and execution for product launches, updates and new feature roll‑outs.
• Identify adoption barriers, develop scalable solutions and ensure training content is accurate, compliant and aligned with product capabilities.
• Create and maintain enablement playbooks, guides, implementation resources and product knowledge repositories.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support customer roll‑outs, go‑lives and strategic adoption initiatives.
• Gather field insights and feed them back to product teams to influence future solution development.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, clinical software, consulting, customer success, enablement or related fields.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, care delivery environments and experience working directly with clinicians and administrators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
