Product Designer

About the role

Connecteam is seeking a Product Designer to shape mobile and web experiences for its desk‑less team management platform. You will work on high‑impact projects that affect millions of users worldwide, collaborating closely with product, engineering and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solutions for complex workflows on both mobile and web platforms.
• Lead the full design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping, visual design and usability testing.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, engaging user experiences.
• Analyze user data and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Champion user‑centered design principles and contribute to a strong design culture.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a B2C or SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, user‑friendly designs for complex systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, agile setting.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in the full design lifecycle: user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Attention to detail for pixel‑perfect, cohesive designs.
