Procurement Buyer – Raw Materials & Construction

About the role

The company is expanding its procurement team and seeks two Procurement Buyers to manage sourcing for raw materials and construction & infrastructure projects. The role involves end‑to‑end procurement activities, supplier negotiations and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for the assigned domain, from RFQ issuance to contract execution.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize supplier agreements in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance and project management teams.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, track deliveries and expedite supplies to meet project schedules.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with suppliers, supporting cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Economics or a related field (advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Buyer or Supplier Manager in technological, industrial, electronics, mechanical or construction environments.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Technical understanding of raw materials, electronics or construction & infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and standard Microsoft Office applications.
