PPC Specialist – Performance Marketing

About the role

Super Group is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join its performance marketing team. You will own and optimise high‑performance paid campaigns across multiple platforms, driving acquisition and growth for its international iGaming brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
• Manage budgets, bid strategies and campaign scaling to maximise ROI.
• Conduct performance analysis, conversion tracking and attribution reporting.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and iGaming regulations.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing and optimisation.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, compliance and marketing leadership teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PPC or performance marketer, preferably in the iGaming sector.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with a focus on optimisation and measurable results.
• Ability to work in regulated advertising environments across multiple jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, UAC).
• Apple Search Ads expertise.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer or Adjust for tracking and attribution.
• Keyword research, audience segmentation and ad copy testing.
