PPC Campaign Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

COBRA is hiring a hands‑on PPC Campaign Manager to join our marketing team and manage lead‑generation and e‑commerce campaigns across Israeli and international markets. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can investigate performance changes, explain what’s driving results, and turn insights into practical improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, with opportunities to work on Taboola, Outbrain and other platforms.
• Manage media budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
• Track and improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead volume and lead quality.
• Analyse audiences, creatives, keywords and conversion funnels to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
• Run structured tests across ads, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to validate conversion tracking, pixels and UTMs, and coordinate fixes when needed.
• Create clear performance reports with actionable conclusions.
• Work closely with designers, developers and sales teams to connect campaign performance with actual business results.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on PPC campaign management experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience managing significant media budgets for lead‑generation or e‑commerce campaigns.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building reports in Looker Studio or a similar platform.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Professional level English and Hebrew proficiency.
