PMO – Construction (Renewable Energy)

About the role

We are seeking a PMO to join our Renewable Energy Construction Department. The PMO will serve as a central function within the Construction management team, acting as a key integrator across projects and stakeholders. In this role, the PMO will support and oversee project scheduling for large‑scale renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, storage, and related infrastructure during the construction phase, driving reporting, data management, and performance visibility across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed project schedules from early planning through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor overall project and portfolio progress, identifying risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and progress tracking across projects.
• Lead the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Maintain and enhance BI tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
• Provide structured updates and key insights to management to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
• Support change management and develop recovery plans when required.
• Capture, document, and implement lessons learned across projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, standardize, and enforce company and departmental procedures, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PMO, Planning, or Project Controls role within construction projects (renewable energy experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project.
• Experience with reporting tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
