Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Lead to own the profit‑and‑loss of a brand, drive paid‑media campaigns and guide a small performance team. The role blends strategic P&L responsibility with day‑to‑day campaign execution, data analysis and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the brand’s P&L.
• Directly lead a media team of 1–2 members.
• Set up, monitor and optimize paid‑media campaigns across platforms.
• Conduct performance analysis, generate insights and implement optimizations.
• Design and run platform and creative experiments.
• Synchronize Media, CRO and Creative teams around shared goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting and presentations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing and campaign management experience.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing media campaigns to meet performance targets.
• Leadership experience managing a small team (advantage).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, results‑driven and highly organized.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
