PC Technician

About the role

abra professional services is looking for a PC Technician to deliver hands‑on technical support, installation and maintenance of workstations and other IT equipment across its branch locations. The role involves diagnosing hardware and operating system problems, setting up new workstations, and supporting peripheral devices.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and operating system issues.
• Install, dismantle and relocate IT equipment and infrastructure at branch sites.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
• Set up, configure and move workstations as needed.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance for IT projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Help Desk environment or relevant military IT experience.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems and peripheral devices.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong self‑learning capability and capacity to work independently.
