Payroll Accountant

About the role

Wix is looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to own the end‑to‑end payroll process. You will work closely with HR, Finance, managers and employees to ensure accurate, timely payroll operations in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full monthly payroll cycle, from data collection to payment execution.
• Handle all payroll‑related stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, off‑boarding and final settlements.
• Operate extensively with the Hilan payroll system and the Hilanet attendance system.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Provide professional support and guidance to employees on payroll inquiries.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a payroll accountant.
• Hands‑on experience with the Hilan payroll system (mandatory).
• Experience using the Hilanet attendance system.
• Proven ability to manage payroll end‑to‑end.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and pension regulations.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are a plus.
