Patient Program Training Nurse (Israel)

About the role

The Training Nurse will deliver professional injection training and support to patients using Sanofi’s products, helping to improve compliance and adherence. The role also includes educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) on product use and ensuring all training is strictly educational, without promotional content.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face and remote patient training sessions and follow‑up as part of relevant patient programs.
• Cover a regional field‑based area in Central and Southern Israel, adapting to business needs.
• Organize and facilitate educational sessions for HCPs in community settings and hospitals.
• Document all interactions and training sessions accurately in Sanofi systems.
• Initiate special activities and projects to enhance training and support based on identified needs.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Therapeutic Area, and Regulatory colleagues to coordinate activities.
• Prepare and submit required reports on schedule.
• Prioritize tasks in line with company goals, focusing on high‑impact opportunities.
• Engage regularly with Business Units and Medical teams to ensure aligned objectives.
• Act as a resource for patients and HCPs regarding product information and best administration practices.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to provide patient insights for future product development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize demands effectively.
• Creativity, problem‑solving and innovative thinking.
• Computer literacy and digital orientation.
• Fluency in English.
