Onboarding & Implementation Specialist

About the role

Arad Technologies, a global leader in IoT‑based water measurement and management, is seeking an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to guide water corporations through the migration from its legacy CityMind platform to the new Harmony SaaS solution. The role combines field‑based customer support, training, and technical configuration to ensure a seamless transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change‑management activities, address resistance, and build trust in the Harmony system.
• Deliver individual and group training sessions, certify users, and develop on‑site expertise.
• Travel to client locations nationwide to provide “eye‑level” support and hands‑on assistance.
• Identify system gaps, collect field requirements, and communicate them to R&D for enhancements.
• Configure the Harmony platform, define user roles and permissions, and establish operational processes.

Required profile

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with patience and the ability to manage objections.
• Strong technical aptitude for complex software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Self‑directed learner who can quickly master new systems and business processes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
