About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician / Practical Engineer to join the SodaStream Metal Plant on a morning shift. The role involves operating, training and maintaining all production machinery across multiple departments in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, train staff and perform routine maintenance on all production equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans defined by equipment manufacturers.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for breakdowns in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and automation systems.
• Collect performance data, manage standard times and draft production procedures.

Required profile

• Technical education as a Technician or Practical Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics fields (advantageous).
• Minimum three years of hands‑on maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve machine and system faults.
• High level of technical English.
