Office & Employee Experience Manager

About the role

Daylight Security is looking for an Office & Employee Experience Manager to keep the office running smoothly while creating a welcoming, fun environment for the team. You will own daily operations, support HR processes, and help shape a culture where employees thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including vendors, supplies, snacks, equipment and facilities.
• Design and lead employee experience initiatives such as onboarding, team events, holidays, off‑sites and celebrations.
• Maintain an organized, functional, and inviting workplace.
• Support People/HR operations and employee‑lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate travel, expenses and other team logistics.
• Act as the go‑to contact for employees, candidates, guests and external partners.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate experience when needed.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and Leadership to keep initiatives moving.
