Offensive Security Researcher

About the role

OX Security is building next‑generation security technology for AI‑driven software development lifecycles. As an Offensive Security Researcher you will join the Security Research group to rethink how offensive security can be performed at scale, moving beyond classic pentesting to simulate real‑world attacker behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Research attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures to understand how real‑world threats evolve.
• Identify ways to chain vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across modern applications and infrastructure.
• Develop novel attack techniques and proof‑of‑concept exploits.
• Design and implement automated, agentic systems that continuously simulate attacks.
• Collaborate with application security, exploit development, automation, and AI teams to create autonomous pentesting capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in offensive security research or advanced penetration testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for breaking complex systems.
• Ability to think like an attacker and translate findings into scalable automation.
• Interest in AI‑driven security solutions and autonomous tooling.
