Observability Engineer / Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Observability Engineer / Specialist to lead the monitoring and control of our complex IT environment. You will work with cloud solutions, AI-driven automation and advanced monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance of our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end monitoring and control processes for IT systems.
• Design, implement and maintain observability, monitoring and control platforms.
• Develop new capabilities aligned with business and technology requirements.
• Build infrastructure and application monitoring solutions in a large enterprise setting.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development and security teams to integrate monitoring across the stack.
• Lead cross‑functional tasks while adhering to organizational processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in system or infrastructure roles.
• Strong service orientation, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Self‑motivated with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours when needed.
