New Product Manufacturing Engineer – Pilot Line

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled New Product Manufacturing Engineer (NPME) to join our pilot line in Rehovot. The NPME will lead the transition of products from Product Development to mass production, ensuring efficient and effective process management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product transition from PD to mass production, meeting all requirements.
• Participate actively in Design Review (DR) meetings, providing design insights.
• Manage PD & ELS first‑tool usage to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Lead Design for Excellence (DFX) activities to improve product design and infrastructure.
• Provide end‑user support and troubleshoot issues via SOS calls.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) on the production floor to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background with deep understanding of production and development processes.
• Minimum three years of experience in a production or development environment, preferably with SEM product lines.
• Proven problem‑solving ability to diagnose and resolve specific and systemic issues.
• Demonstrated project‑management skills handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
