Member Experience & Operation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Member Experience & Operation Specialist to be the friendly face of our coworking spaces across Israel. You will ensure members enjoy a seamless, productive environment while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our boutique workspaces.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance and operational tasks, work with suppliers, and manage purchase orders.
• Oversee client onboarding processes and handle invoicing and related administrative duties.
• Collaborate with experience management, operations, maintenance, and accounting teams to ensure smooth internal communication.
• Organise community events and activities that foster a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere.

Required profile

• Experience in office management, front‑desk, or customer‑service roles.
• High service awareness and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, task‑oriented, and able to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
